- The Constellation Bridge is a third-party platform that facilitates the bridging of DAG, the native token of the Constellation Network, with other blockchain networks. The bridge has been developed by 3A DAO.
- The Constellation Bridge is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Constellation Network or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

2. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

- By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any and all risks associated with the use of the bridge. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of loss of tokens, loss of private keys, errors, hacking, or any unauthorized access to your digital assets.
- You acknowledge that the transfer of tokens between different blockchain networks involves inherent risks, including the possibility of software bugs, vulnerabilities, and technical issues that may result in the loss or misplacement of your digital assets.
- You agree that The Constellation Bridge will not be held responsible or liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our Site or Services.

3. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

- The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Constellation Bridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- The Constellation Bridge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) the use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the Services; or (iv) any other matter relating to the Services.

4. No Official Relationship with Constellation Network

- You acknowledge and agree that The Constellation Bridge has no official relationship, partnership, or affiliation with Constellation Network. Any use of the Constellation Network name, trademarks, or other proprietary materials is strictly for informational purposes and does not imply any endorsement or association with Constellation Network.

5. Compliance with Laws

- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including but not limited to, anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws.
- You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Indemnification

- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Constellation Bridge and 3A DAO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Changes to the Terms

- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

- The courts of Marshall Islands have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms (including a dispute relating to the existence, validity or termination of these Terms or the consequences of their nullity or any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with these Terms).
Users must bring any and all legal claims pertaining to the Services in their individual capacities and not as a claimant in or member of any purported class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. Users agree to waive the right to demand a trial by jury, where applicable.
